The Safety System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Anglicare's safety management systems.
This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, supports the implementation of safety programs, and provides technical expertise in safety data management and analysis.
Through this, you will create meaningful and accurate reports and dashboards for the business to identify areas for improvement.
You will be the go-to person for all safety-related data and solutions.

About the Role: Key Requirements and Expertise: A strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices.
Proficiency in database management, software troubleshooting, and system integration.
Ability to analyse data from the safety system to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience in managing projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
Skills in training staff on how to use the safety system effectively and providing ongoing support.
Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise with the safety system.
Create meaningful and accurate reports each month or as required.
Perioding review of WHS audits and general administration Your qualification and experience should include a tertiary qualifications OR background in WH&S and experience with WH&S systems.
Experience with safety management software and applications.
Familiarity with systems like Myoosh, is advantageous.
A valid NSW Driver Licence is required.
Note: Our Support Centre office is currently located in Norwest and relocating to our brand new and modern offices based in Macquarie Park in early 2025!
Both locations are conveniently located close to public transport.
