We are currently looking for an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to support the National Manager short or long term.
This position is to support the operational functions the health, safety and wellbeing team including workers compensation claims management, using specialised WHS and claims management experience Duties include but are not limited to: Support the operational aspects of HSW matters and related activities including projects and strategy plans.
Assist in the update and review of policies and procedures as they occur.
Coordination of the requirements of the WHS management system, including liaison with managers, providing advice and support to all TSF team members/managers, and ensuring compliance with WHSMS requirements.
Undertake relevant administration duties associated with HSW including but not limited to correspondence with stakeholders (emails/phone calls), drafting letters and reports, filing of work and emails, etc.
Monitor compliance and assisting stakeholders/managers to compete their duties in relation to workplace inspections and other routine HSW activities the organisation has in place.
Participate in developing monthly HSW reports for Executive and other reports as required from time to time.
Assist and work on various projects as directed, taking on key project role if required.
Assist with running the Wellbeing Program and other HSW activities and initiatives.
With the HSW Administrator, share monitoring the HSW inbox, creating proactive email responses in consultation with the manager as required prior to sending WHS related content or advice.
