EMM Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic, influential and experienced HSW Business Partner to support our Ecology and Heritage Division, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing for our employees in the field and in the office.
We offer flexibility and hybrid working options that mean this role could be based at any of the following locations: Brisbane, Newcastle or Sydney.
Here's what you can expect in your new role with EMM:Influence, educate and mentor our people, supporting leaders to manage HSW risk and build their HSW knowledge and capability.Work closely with the HSW team and your aligned Division to evolve EMM's HSW Culture by championing best practice health, safety and wellbeing advice.Embed yourself into projects, providing the right advice, at the right time, to the right people.Understand WHS legislation to educate and empower others, nurturing a positive safety culture.Innovate and find solutions to emerging issues as we continue to grow and evolve.Receive support to deliver exceptional quality with specialist teams across EMM.Access development opportunities through structured programs, mentoring, or on-the-job learning.Inspire and support other EMMers on their development journey.Enjoy the autonomy, flexibility and support to balance all aspects of your life.Experience hybrid working at its best with offices across Australia.Here's what you'll bring to have impact:A strong knowledge of both physical and mental health and safety.Experience in HSW audits, risk assessment, training and inductions, hazard perception and ergonomics.Previous experience providing HSW support in the mining or renewables sector.Strong communication skills to influence, guide and mentor business leaders.Experience in the consulting industry, ideally an environmental consultancy.Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS are highly desirable.Willingness to visit national sites and other EMM offices as required.Respect for others' views and collaboration to create opportunities for all.Integrity in delivering what is right for stakeholders.Humility in understanding the strength of teamwork.We look forward to hearing from you!
