About the role Reporting to the HESQ Manager, the role will have you centrally located in the Adelaide Street office in Brisbane CBD.
Duties will include Document Management, Document control, Compliance tracking, Administrative support and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities for the role Document Management: Maintain, organise, and control all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Document Control System: Implement and manage the document control system to ensure all HSE documentation is up-to-date, accurately labelled, and easily accessible to authorised personnel.
Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track compliance with HSE documentation requirements, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with audits or inspections as required.
Communication: Liaise with different departments to distribute HSE documents, updates, and notifications, ensuring that all relevant personnel are informed and trained on the latest procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions, ensuring timely updates and availability for audits or management review.
Support HSE Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of HSE initiatives and programs to improve workplace safety and compliance.
