You will be provided the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and safety of our employees and operations.At CM Farms, a part of the Craig Mostyn Group, we are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Health & Safety Advisor who enjoys being hands-on across multiple sites. This is not a desk-bound role – you'll be actively present in the field, working alongside our teams improving safety standards across our farms.Key responsibilities:Build strong, consultative relationships with site managers and teams, working as their trusted advisor.Frequent travel to our farm locations across WA. (3-4 days per week depending on business needs)Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers, supervisors, and employees on health and safety matters.Participate in safety committees and meetings to discuss health and safety issues, initiatives, and performance.Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and manage corrective actions efficiently.Drive safety initiatives in line with the group strategic priorities.Analyse health and safety challenges and recommend solutions to relevant managers and supervisors.Develop, implement and maintain site specific safety management plans and supporting documentation.Essential knowledge, skills, and experience:Certificate IV (preferably Diploma) in WHS.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a WHS role or equivalent and able to demonstrate transferable competencies.Highly developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong commitment to being a team player.Desirable: Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Tertiary Qualifications in Health and Safety.What We're Looking For:Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across cross functional teams.Previous experience in a health and safety role, ideally within agriculture, logistics, or manufacturing.If you're ready to showcase your expertise and join a company that values your skills, apply now to become a part of the Craig Mostyn Group family.
