The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team on a full time and permanent basis in Townsville 4810 or Gladstone 4680.
The role is suitable for a relevantly qualified individual with excellent communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with clients, investigate incidents and processes and give direct, educated feedback and advice.
The position requires travel to various sites in Northern QLD.

Building strong and engaging working relationships at all levels Lead incident investigations and reporting Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with the internal audit schedule Being proactive, promoting H&S and continuously help improve the business Be visible across the workplace, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders by spending time in the field What you'll need to be successful
Formal qualification in WH&S Cert 4 or greater and industry experience Qualification in incident investigation such as ICAM Effective influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation Working knowledge and understanding of relevant WHS legislation including Chain of Responsibility Valid Australian Driver's Licence A Veolia Career
