About the OpportunityThe Health and Safety Adviser will work under the guidance of the Senior Safety Adviser, Capability & Innovation. This position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to shape the health & safety future and culture of the Suburban Rail Loop Authority Project and its growing workforce, whilst simultaneously providing a vital contribution to the legacy of Victoria's biggest infrastructure build of its time.
The duties of the role will require a collaborative and timely approach to support the development and implementation of innovative and contextualised health and safety events, initiatives, training, and programs for the Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA). The role will ensure key messages are delivered successfully to the targeted audiences across the project to build health & safety capabilities. The focus will be on communicating what good looks like, and how to achieve unrivalled health and safety for the organisation.
