We're looking for a highly organised administrator to support Benetas' Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team in managing the records of their safety management system.

If you are passionate about helping others this role is for you. As the Health and Safety Administrator your work coordinating and supporting information management will ensure that our hard-working carers receive the safety information needed to keep them safe - because their safety matters.
As a not-for-profit organisation Benetas' work is critical in providing dignity and care to older persons across our community-based services such as home care and in-home nursing, respite services, residential aged care and retirement living communities.
To help you achieve this, ideally, you'll have:
Experience working as a safety administrator or working with a similar quality or records management system.
Experience managing an enquiries inbox.
Experience escalating information to relevant team members for timely action and following up on actions that are outstanding.
