Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)Play a key role in supporting a major infrastructure project in Narrabri, NSW, while advancing your career in health and safety. As a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Administrator, this role is pivotal to the successful completion of the Newell Highway Project and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact for this organisation.What's in it for you?$440 per week living expense if arranging own accommodation.Salary is inclusive of 30% uplift.Shared accommodation options available on-site.6-month FTC.A balanced 10 days on, 4 days off roster.Work for an established and reputable Tier 1 infrastructure company.About the role:Oversee onboarding of new starters with a focus on Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance.Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.Induct new personnel and update safety registers as required.Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate closely with the Senior Safety Manager to drive safety initiatives and address any issues.About you:You have a certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).You possess strong experience in health and safety administration, including site inspections and KPI reporting.You have the proven ability to manage safety registers and onboard new employees effectively.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with high level stakeholder management.Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - nice to meet you.
