Further information can be found at www.secureenergyjv.com.auThe RoleAs the Health & Safety Administrator, you will assist the team in ensuring that the company maintains a healthy and safe working environment for all personnel, in accordance with Elecnor Australia Management system expectations, operating standards, and health and safety management manual, statutory requirements, and client specifications.Note that this role would be based in Lockhart (40 min from Wagga Wagga) and would require working on a Monday to Friday roster, and would suit a local resident. Your duties and responsibilities will include:Assist with maintaining the company event database including data entry as requiredAdminister accounts and services for the health and safety DepartmentAdminister supply and issue of office-based PPE and equipmentCollate and develop periodic reports and presentationsAssist in the preparation of statistical and administrative information Coordinate training courses/workshops/meetingsMaintain or edit induction contentYour skills and experience:Experience in a health and safety related role preferredAdministrative experience essential, in a fast paced environmentConstruction experience preferred, but not essentialSense of humor, willingness to see out tasks to completionThis is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to one of the nation's largest energy infrastructure projects in a rewarding and challenging role.Please note this is a fixed term contract until end of 2025.Please note: SecureEnergy reserves the right to commence the shortlisting process for this role immediately and the right to remove the advertisement before the closing date. Agency submissions will not be considered for this position.
