About this opportunity:
The Health & Safety Administration Officer provides efficient, timely and effective administration support to the Health & Safety Business Unit.
Key responsibilities of this role: General administration tasks e.g. filing, minute taking, placing orders, distributing equipment. Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries or requests in a timely manner Assist with maintaining Health & Safety records and documentation Monitor various Health & Safety registers for upcoming due dates and follow established processes to follow up records Appointment scheduling for a range of Health & Safety tasks and priorities, including but not limited to, fire equipment servicing etc. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the Health & Safety team To succeed in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience in an Administration role (desirable) Exceptional customer service, time management and organisation skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills Blue Card for Working with Children Why work with us: Flexible work options – flex day model Monthly rostered day off – an extra 12 days off per year!
