This role involves upholding the highest standards of care by implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols, conducting compliance reviews, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver quality and safe services.

Coordinate and track follow-up actions to address health concerns, escalating risks as needed.
Monitor and improve the quality of follow-up processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
Conduct competency assessments and provide learning and development opportunities to support staff in health-related best practices.
Maintain accurate records of consult notes, follow-up actions, and medication management.
Report on key performance indicators and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Foster collaboration to enhance safeguarding practices and drive continuous improvement.
To be at the forefront of this opportunity, you will have: Knowledge: A sound understanding of person-centred thinking, NDIS principles, and National Disability Service Standards.
Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare processes.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
The ability to perform competency assessments in high-intensity daily personal activities.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Essential requirements of the role: Minimum Certification IV in Disability or Health related field or equivalent A current NSW Driver's licence.
The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (training link).
