Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Country Health Connect team in Mount Gambier. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services in health service and community-based settings. Deliver consumer- and family-centred care, promoting wellbeing and independence. Work autonomously when required, developing and consolidating your clinical skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the overall care plan. Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance your skills. Prioritise workloads and manage care delivery effectively. Participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to relevant legislation and ethical standards. What We're Looking For:
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Strong communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. Creative, innovative, and flexible approach to addressing healthcare challenges. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality care and prioritising patient needs. Experience in nursing practice in line with relevant standards, and proficiency in computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
