Health Promotion Officer

As a Health Promotion Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining our residents' physical and mental well-being.
You will develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives that align with our organisation's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive health promotion programs, including nutrition education, exercise initiatives, and mental health support.Conduct health assessments and screenings for residents to identify potential health risks and needs.Provide health education and counselling to residents and their families.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure the best possible care for residents.Maintain accurate records and documentation of health promotion activities.Promote a healthy and supportive living environment for residents.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.Experience working in a healthcare setting or with individuals with disabilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for promoting health and well-being.
