Health Promotion Officer

The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking to fill the position of Health Promotions Officer on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
This role will require the ability to provide culturally appropriate health promotion and education to the GRAMS clients throughout the Geraldton, Midwest, and Murchison regions. Responsibilities include:
Liaising with a variety of government agencies, stakeholder representative groups, and community groups.Developing policies and strategies for promoting health throughout the Geraldton, Gascoyne, and Murchison regions.Maintaining close working relationships with other officers and team members of GRAMS.Experience working with the Indigenous community is desirable.
