Job DescriptionThe Health Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system within the Leukaemia Foundation.
This is a newly created role which will focus on ensuring the transition from an existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to an EHR, with a strong emphasis on optimising clinical workflows, improving patient care, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
This is a full-time fixed term contract for a period of 9 months with the potential flexibility to extend if required.
This role will be based out of Brisbane with the flexibility to work across both our Dutton Park and Coopers Plains sites.
Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
We will trust you with: Leading the governance and project management elements to ensure the project is managed on-time, to budget and accurately reflect requirements.Successfully implementing the new EHR system which supports clinical care and service growth.Delivering consistent, high-quality and timely support to the project team.Delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.Does this sound like you: Demonstrated experience in application of project methodology managing projects in healthcare settings.Proven ability to manage change in a health environment, including staff engagement, training, and post-implementation support.High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.High level of IT literacy, particularly with EHR systems and related technologies.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Culturally aware and respectful of diverse views and experiences.Tertiary qualification in Health, Project Management or related field.Experience with Salesforce database, EHR systems and Asana (or equivalent) project management software.Knowledge of national healthcare accreditation, and other healthcare compliance standards e.g.
