The Nurse Practice Development Unit are looking for a Nurse Educator Resuscitation Coordinator Temporary Full-time position to join their team.
The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services and a 24-hour emergency department.
Our endoscopy unit is Australia's most advanced diagnostic facility and has the capacity to see more than 5000 patients a year.

About the Role
Responsible for providing safe, compassionate care, integrating the nursing and midwifery Professional Practice Model, quality frameworks (Magnet or Pathway to Excellence) and Person-Centred Care approaches of caring for each patient's psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical care needs.
This supports achievement of best clinical practice and individualised patient care and outcomes.
Coordinate, develop, implement, translate, and evaluate systems in place to manage recognition and management of a deteriorating patient, procedures and protocols using an evidence-based approach as required.
Design and develop, in collaboration with the Standard 8 committee, an educational framework and operational plan in relation to nursing education and training to include performance coaching and mentoring for all levels of staff from beginning practitioner to advanced clinician.
Facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality patient-focused care through the development, implementation and maintenance of education and professional development programs and activities for relevant staff and wards.
