We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer on a short-term contract to support our multidisciplinary Mental Health team. Key Responsibilities include: Provide timely and confidential administrative support for projects and programs. Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and manage office supplies. Assist with the smooth operation of the mental health services while ensuring efficient communication across teams. Support Aboriginal consumers in a culturally appropriate manner and assist in meeting their unique needs. What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team. Experience in administrative roles, including document preparation and meeting coordination. Ability to engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal consumers. A compassionate approach to those experiencing mental health challenges. Why Join Us?
