What You'll be DoingAre you results focused and love to help others? Have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? Focused on achieving revenue quotas through product and service recommendations, you'll enhance and build relationships with customers as you identify and develop new business opportunities that support our growth goals. Whether it's qualifying leads, initiating contacts, or resolving a unique business problem, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
Key ResponsibilitiesBring your needs-based sales skills to ensure our members are offered policies to suit their needs and lifestyleConvert leads by effectively recommending policies, highlighting benefits and using product knowledgeMeet sales targets, bring a high standard of compliance and strong member satisfactionYour role will focus on both Inbound and Outbound interactionsWhat You Bring to the Role1 year or more of sales experienceInsurance sales experience preferred but not mandatoryA strong focus on compliance as we operate within a regulatory insurance industrySelf-starter and results-orientedAbility to manage communications and full lifecycle sales in an omnichannel communication environment, which could include outbound sales, email and chatFlexibility to work rotating shifts predominately Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm - Saturdays 9am – 2pm in peak periods.What You Can ExpectCareer-growth and lots of learning opportunities for aspiring mindsThe opportunity to work in a hybrid working environmentCompetitive salary of $65k base + superannuation + achievable bonusesKnowledgeable, encouraging, supporting and present leadershipDiverse and community minded organizationThe first 4-6 weeks are dedicated to paid full-time training (Mon – Fri business hours). This position commences 10 February 2025.
