Effective management of the operations for HIM including all Privacy matters, quality and compliance, review of business process and uplift where appropriate, review of policy and compliance, managing medico-legal requests and ensuring continued education and development for your teams in medical records and coding. This role will be an escalation point for matters arising from coding and medical records and therefore requires a strong working knowledge of both job roles. Ensuring key business targets are achieved, providing your team with regular collaboration and strong communication with a focus on engagement and job satisfaction. Remuneration is circa $150k plus.About YouYou are a credentialed and experienced Health Information Manager and bring experience within a hospital environment, ideally private and with a varied case mix. Your passion is building high performing and engaged teams so having the remit to achieve this your way is critical to your success. You think ahead and are passionate about the future of work in Health Information, therefore you bring ideas and new thinking to senior management. Having a voice and collaboration with your Manager will be a deal breaker.
