We invite you to join our operation in working to uphold our vision of promoting wellness and health in our communities . We are currently looking for an AHPRA registered nurse to take on our full-time Health Centre Manager role.
Health Centre Manager: As a Health Centre Manager , you will work from Monday to Friday and manage a cohesive and multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the health centre, including staff management, rostering, planning, portfolio management, pharmacy, consumables, and assets management. You will work within your team on the on call after hours roster.
You will be supported outside your own clinic by our other respected Health Centre Managers in the team and the Operations Manager overall.

What You'll Need to Succeed: To work at Sunrise Health , you will hold or have the ability to attain, a current Nursing Registration with AHPRA , a current driver's license , a COVID vaccination certificate , a recent police check , and a valid OCHRE card .
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the objectives and ethos of an Aboriginal community-controlled health service , demonstrate respect for Aboriginal culture, and be willing to learn from Aboriginal community members, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and other Indigenous community outreach team members.
Your well-developed interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate confidently and effectively as you build collaborative relationships with many internal and external clients, partners and stakeholders. It's essential that you can tailor your approach to the needs of each individual, be able to identify their strengths and build effective relationships with parents and children.

About the Area: The Big Rivers region (a 3-hour drive from Darwin) begins south of Kakadu National Park, encompassing Pine Creek, then extends over 500km south to Kalkaringi and stretches across the width of the Territory between the Western Australia and Queensland borders.
