Role Description Heathcote Health is inviting applications for Health Care Workers to join our Community Services team on a casual basis. This position will assist with the provision of customer-focused, goal outcome home and personal care services that enable clients to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes. Services provided include Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support, and Respite. Previous experience or willingness to work within the Social Support Group will be highly desired. Heathcote Health provides the use of fleet cars for staff to provide services into the community.
