Garden View Court is a 24-bed residential aged care facility.
Our aged care services focus on the individual, their family, friends, and community.
Individualised care is assured by identifying the residents' personal preferences and interests in all areas across the social and clinical spectrum.
This facility supports residents' needs in the cognition and behaviour domain, with many patients having varying degrees of dementia.
We have adopted the Montessori environment approach to provide purpose and stimulation through everyday activities, supporting our residents to live their lives to the fullest and make the most of the services we have to offer.

Provide personal care needs to residentsCommunicate any relevant clinical information in a timely mannerKnowledge of, and ability to follow safe manual handling practicesAssist with showering/bathing, feeding, and toileting of residents as requiredComplete regulatory care plans and documentation.About YouBe available to work 7 days a week on a rostered rotation, including AM/PM, nights, weekends, and public holidaysQualifications in Aged Care/Individual Support requiredMedication CompetentBe team-oriented, and able to work aloneHave a high level of customer serviceHave excellent communication skills, both written and verbalBe flexible to the job's needsApplicants must show a commitment to the provision of care that focuses on the elderly and demonstrate a sound level of nursing skills, working within safe practice principles.
