About the role We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated team at Grampians Health as Health Care Workers. These casual positions are available for an immediate start and include working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The successful applicant will support the independence and self-esteem of residents in our Care Communities with a person centred approach. This position will undertake a range of duties to assist in achieving the nutritional, physical and hygiene needs of residents.
