The Team:Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Diversional Therapists provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living and support residents.The Role:Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in both the emergency department and sub-acute in-patient ward and aged care to provide high quality patient care to a variety of patients with varying medical requirements in line with NHSQS and AGED CARE standards.It would be preferable that the successful applicant has:Ability to work independently as part of the multi-disciplinary teamWillingness to learn new skills, take on challenges and help foster a positive work culture.
