Experience:
1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities and Tasks: Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipmentTake patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulseServe meal trays and feed patientsWeigh, lift, turn and position patientsDeliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departmentsMake beds and maintain patients' roomsAdminister suppositories, colonic irrigations and enemasMaintain inventory of suppliesBathe, dress and groom patientsAssist with the set-up and maintenance of traction equipment, cleaning or sterilizing equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment, and assembling, setting-up and operating job-related equipmentTransport patients between care facilitiesTransport patients in wheelchair or stretcherAnswer call signals to determine patients' needsCollect specimensPrepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving and sterilizing operative areasAccompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfortAdminister first aid in emergency situationsWho Can Apply:
