This has created a range of frontline and leadership roles in new purpose-built medical centres and opportunities to grow your career with a global health care brand where our customers are at the heart of everything we do.About the role:Reporting to and supported by the Senior Health Assessor, Pathology Collectors/Health Assessors will be responsible for providing quality health assessments to customers undertaking a medical assessment as part of their visa application process.We are looking for a superstar part time Pathology collector for an initial 6-month contract (likelihood of extension or conversion to permanency based on operational requirements)!
4-day availability required across Tuesday to Friday between 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Along with Saturdays and Sundays between 8am to 4pm (generous weekend penalty rates apply).
Details of the role include:Saturday and/or Sunday is a mustStrong team playerMedical centre hours are from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday; During peak Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pmAvailability to work on a rotational roster between opening hoursThe role includes:Identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepunctureFacilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate serviceAdhere to clinical governance and associated policies and proceduresAccurate documentation of results in eHealth recordYour background:Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory)2-3 years phlebotomy experience is essentialPaediatrics venepuncture is desirableExperience working with people of multi-cultural backgroundExcellent customer service skillsBe at the heart of it with Bupa:This isn't your average Pathology Collector position.
