The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is an industry forerunner in the field of remote health and lifestyle services, driving health behaviour outcomes and providing support to the WA Remote and Offshore businesses.Our Tastelife program is recognised worldwide and links all the elements of exercise, nutrition, injury prevention and community activities to give a holistic approach to ensure mental and physical wellbeing to residents of our operations.The Role:Support Tastelife program deliverySupport our team of Tastelife Coordinators, including onboarding, training and program performance managementSupport and oversee detailed reporting and identify and action opportunities for improvementImplement Tastelife strategies, health promotion and initiativesEnsure contract compliance & service delivery between the Compass Group Australia business and clientsDevelop approaches to enhance customer and client service qualityEnsure business performance and complianceMonitor financial activities against budgetIdentify and evaluate options for improved budget performanceThe Person:Key Requirements:Travel to our remote and offshore sitesDemonstrate a pro-active, well-organised approach to work independentlyExcellent communication/presentation skillsPassion for physical, nutritional and mental health and wellbeingHigh level focus on customer service and engagementExperienced leaders with proven success in leading people highly desirableEssential Criteria:Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field (Desirable)Previous experience in delivering remote site health and wellbeing programs or similarDemonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards and policiesExcellent written communication skillsManages and prioritises own workload and meets deadlinesThis is a fast-paced, high-energy role, so if you are looking for a new challenge, this is the position for you.Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
