PHSA offers Health Coaching and Wellbeing Services to deliver tailored intervention programs and case management for clients with psychological injury.
The objective of these programs is to support participants to return to wellbeing, health and social goals.We are looking for allied health professionals with an understanding of injury, illness, and disability.
Preferably, we are looking for individuals with an understanding of the workers compensation industry; however, we are open to those who may be working more in the Life Insurance, Disability Employment, or NDIS sector.We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:Full ASORC / AASW or AHPRA membershipExperienced Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist with a minimum of 1 year experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (or Life Insurance; NDIS; Disability Employment Services)Proven experience and expertise in motivational interviewing, rehabilitation, and adjustment to injury counsellingFull-time, part-time, and casual positions available for the right candidate.
