This large-scale organisation boasts a multitude of sites across the globe.DescriptionResponsibility for a site as defined by Line Manager.Managing direct reports with MHE experience.Provide HSE advice, guidance, and support to enable the sites to comply with relevant statutory legislation.Drive business standardisation and assist with the continued adherence to the HSMS and any other relevant HSE policies at the sites.Establish and agree on a "Site Audit" to ensure continued, regular, and balanced site inspection is maintained.Meet annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives which will be assessed via the performance management system.Assist the central HSE function in delivering the functional business objectives.Coordinate and assist the management team(s) in HSE initiatives at the sites.ProfileA successful HSE Manager should have:Previous HSE responsibility in warehouse and transport environments, target-focused, and an ability to deliver standardised programmes.NEBOSH is essential.Analytical ability, commercial experience, and contractual understanding.Carrier management and development experience would be beneficial.Stakeholder management and management influence.Accustomed to working with project management and across functions.Job OfferWhat's on offer:£40,000 to £45,000 per annum.Hours: 06:00-14:00On-site parking.Pension scheme.Free confidential 24/7 GP service.Hundreds of discounts (including retail, childcare, and gym).Affordable loans and enhanced pension scheme.Cycle to work scheme.
