The Opportunity We know that good data is crucial for good decision making, so thisrole, within our Health and Safety (H&S) Team, ensures our data makes apositive difference.
As our Health and Safety DataAnalytics and Reporting Specialist, you will work with data relating tohigh-risk work, incidents, hazards, and wellbeing, and play an essential rolein the continuous improvement of our H&S performance.
You will also develop analyticaltools, create effective and simple processes for collating, analysing, andreporting H&S data and information, support H&S system development,simplify how our people access H&S information, and improve real time dataavailability across the business.
Key Accountabilities In this role you will be accountable for;
ManageH&S and HR data, providing quality control and turning data intovaluable insights. Manage theH&S reporting functionality, providing quality evidence-basedreporting for a wide range of stakeholders. MaintainSharePoint intranet sites and other collaboration tools. Supportthe development of internal H&S processes, documentation, andtechnologies to support H&S data management and analytics. Drive thedevelopment of dashboards that allow access to real-time data. Supportinnovation in H&S systems, processes, and technology. The Details This is a maximum term position available across thestate, until May 2025.
This position offers flexibility in working hours, so you can do the things thatmatter to you, and a total remuneration package commencing at $86,000 to $96,000
