The integration of these operations enables all sites to use a single coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) and infrastructure at Mt Owen Mine.An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Health and Safety Coordinator in our Health, Safety and Training department at MGO. Reporting to the HST Manager and working a Monday to Friday dayshift roster, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing effectiveness and enhancement of the health and safety management system, providing evidence-based health and safety advice, and driving key safety initiatives. You'll work closely with department leaders, supervisors, and other stakeholders in a collaborative environment where every team member plays a key role in ensuring the wellbeing of our workforce.A core focus of this role is the ability to apply contemporary safety principles coupled with strong technical safety skills.
