FIFO from Perth to Pilbara (Day and Night shifts) Provide safety leadership within the rail industry Ensure continuous improvement in accordance with national safety standards and regulations Key Responsibilities: Enforce HSE standards for rail operation and personnel safety Provide guidance on industry regulation compliance Promote a safety-first culture within diverse teams Conduct safety audits to address compliance issues Perform random drug and alcohol screenings Essential Criteria: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Rail, Mining, or Safety roles Ability to implement site procedures and drive continuous safety improvements Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) ICAM Lead investigation certificate  Capability to undergo and pass Rail Category 3 Medical and drug/alcohol testing Full C Class Driving Licence or higher, with no restrictions Full working rights in Australia and based in Perth, WA What we can offer you: Genuine career development opportunities Competitive salary based on experience - $140K-$160K+ Super Work-life balance with an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth Access to professional development and training Immediate start with a leading rail industry company If you're seeking a stable, long-term workplace where you're a valued team member, we are looking for you.
