We are currently seeking a motivated HSE Advisor for an Government Agency that focuses on Building and Maintenance infrastructure in the region .
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor looking to undertake a highly challenging and rewarding Role.
Monday to Friday role, would suit someone who wants to get home every night.About the RoleDevelop and coordinate HSE Management Systems to improve business performance and compliance and promote a safety culture throughout the organisation.
You will also provide advice and information to assist with compliance to regulatory, contractual and company frameworks.
Other duties include:Managing incident investigationSchedule and undertake audits, observations, risk assessment, management review meetings, document reviewProvide concise reports and statistical HSE informationFacilitate risk management and HSE training in conjunction with People and Training and Development Officers including assisting with developing training needs analysisClient liaison and reportingAbout YouFormal qualification in SHEQSHEQ auditors' course (desirable)Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor (desirable)Strong report writing and ability to translate statistical dataSound negotiation, communication and problem-solving skillsInterested?At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
