The OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, a position is available within our Health and Injury Management team. Reporting to the Health and Injury Management Lead, you will provide specialist occupational health and wellbeing advice and services. Working as part of a team achieving management of risk, continuous improvement, and lead positive cultural change.
The RoleYou will implement services to manage risk including:
Provide incident management, early intervention and end to end injury management for a portfolio of cases.Engage, coach, and consult with partners including Human Resources, Workers and Managers at all levels to minimise riskAchieve compliance with regulatory and business requirementsDeliver pre-employment medical reviewsContribute to the design and implementation of the wellbeing programManage health surveillance and first aid management programsImplement strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives Your skills and experienceSuitably qualified health professional (eg Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Registered Nurse, Osteopath)Post-graduate qualification in occupational health management or equivalentOccupational Health first aid certificates3 - 5 years experience working within an organisation delivering health and injury management(eg onsite occupational health/injury management)Knowledge of safety and workers compensation legislation and regulations How to apply Apply now for a role now with a varied remit in an organisation going through considerable investment and change.
