Permanent full time opportunity to provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support, correspondence management and secretariat functions to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in a dynamic and changing environment.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Manage correspondence to ensure all correspondence is received, actioned and responded to in line with deadlines and complies with Queensland Health policy. Coordinate a range of complex and confidential internal and external responses, reports, documents, and general inquiries on behalf of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer within competing timeframes. Provide diary and email support for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team, internal and external stakeholders and staff to promote a cohesive and supportive work environment/culture, whilst managing expectations.
