RAC has been a resource, service provider and enabler of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities of the Greater Shepparton region since 1980. RAC is a cooperative working to provide a range of supports and services including:

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Health Administration/Program Co-Ordinator will lead a
multidisciplinary team of administration and program delivery staff.
This role emphasizes risk management, system development, and service coordination, with a key focus
on ensuring Rumbalara Health Service meets all funding and reporting compliance requirements in a
timely manner

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
• Qualifications and registrations: Relevant administration qualification.
• Understanding of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and factors affecting their
health.
• Strong administration, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team.
