Role The main duties to be performed by a classroom teacher are to: Implement the College Vision and Values statement. Adopt strategies such as HITs to improve the quality of teaching and learning that occurs in their classrooms and which will ensure that all students make learning progress. Contribute to Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) that use data to engage in critical reflection and inquiry in order to improve student learning and engagement. Use the GWSC Instructional Model to plan and deliver all lessons. Monitor, evaluate and report student progress in key learning areas.
