About Us
As part of the Healius network, Laverty Pathology is a leading provider of pathology and medical diagnostic services to doctors, specialists and hospitals throughout Australia.
We also provide medical diagnostic services to commercial and government organisations across Australia and internationally.

Laverty Pathology provides a range of testing services for our patients, including genetics, biochemistry, cytopathology, histology, immunology, microbiology, endocrinology, and haematology.
Our collection centres are conveniently located around Australia, and we have experienced collection staff who have been extensively trained in blood collection techniques for adults, newborns, and children.

The Commercial Administration Co-ordinator is a role that provides support to the Commercial Manager, provides frontline communication with exciting Commercial Customers, and manages a team of Commercial Services Officer/s.
This is a fixed term 12 month contract based in North Ryde working as part of a small, friendly team.

What You Will Be Doing
Resolve issues and complete tasks in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide guidance and support to the junior admin team.
Ensure Kronos is completed for all Commercial team members.
Assist in the review of standard operating procedures and protocols.
Conduct internal quality audits and implement corrective action and improvement processes in conjunction with manager.
Coordinate corrective action on a day-to-day basis as a result of patient/client complaints, Recollection reports, CAR's, and any other operational problems.
Commercial email attended to within 48 business hours.
Client invoices are billed within 10 business days of the following month.
Results for instant testing released within a maximum of 48 business hours.
Identify opportunities for further revenue growth and operational improvement within the department.
Identify clients that have reduced testing.
Upsell to existing clients via phone.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:
Sound computer literacy and typing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Substantial previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work both cooperatively and independently with minimum supervision.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
