As part of our Academic Leadership Team , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of teaching and learning at Tranby College. You will:
Lead excellence in teaching by developing and implementing innovative, evidence-based programs tailored to the Western Australian Curriculum and WACE . Empower teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire and engage students. Drive the use of data and emerging technologies to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes. Foster a culture of excellence by supporting the holistic development of students through engaging co-curricular programs, extension activities, and real-world learning experiences. We are seeking inspirational leaders who:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a graduate qualification in Education or a Bachelor of Education with a relevant major . Have current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) . Have proven leadership experience in an independent school setting, with a focus on excellence in student outcomes . Have strong expertise in curriculum development , pedagogy , and data-driven teaching . Are passionate about mentoring teachers and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaboration , respect , and service . Each role has a teaching load and a release for leadership . 5-year fixed-term appointment , with a one-year probation and potential for renewal. Active participation in the College's co-curricular and community engagement programs is required.
