Position InformationLeumeah High School is a comprehensive coeducational high school situated on Dharawal Country in South Western Sydney. Students and staff have a deep respect for the traditional custodians of the land in which they live, learn and work. The school has an enrolment of 702 students, with around 45% having a language background other than English and an additional 9% being First Nations students. The school includes a Support Unit named Bundalong, which consists of three Autism Spectrum classes.

In addition to the general selection criteria,Demonstrated ability to lead a faculty that incorporates technology and innovation to foster student engagement and high academic expectations and meets the diverse learning needs of all students Highly developed instructional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a faculty with diverse experiences focusing on a culture of collaboration and excellence. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and assessment with the ability to analyse student performance data to refine teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
General Selection Criteria1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice2.
