Head Teacher/After School Facilitator

Code Camp is Australia's leading specialist school holiday and after-school provider! We are looking for fun and energetic casual staff to assist at our coding programs during the summer school holidays and Term 1 2025 after school programs.Is this you:Experienced or interested in working with kids aged 5-12Passionate about coding, technology and creativityTrustworthy, independent, punctual, and reliableAble to work: Thu 16 - Fri 17 Jan in Bendigo and; Tue 21 - Wed 22 Jan in Ballarat. Candidates must be available these dates.Someone who feels confident speaking in front of a group, is enthusiastic and a good problem solverAble to travel to various venues within the Bendigo and Ballarat areaAbout the position:Camps run for 2-3 consecutive weekdays 8am – 4pm (we do not run on weekends or public holidays).Paid training provided as well as support from a qualified teacher on the ground and our online tech-support team.Please note, our staff are required to supply their own Laptop and HDMI adapter for personal use.Required Skills/Certifications:Prior experience working with young kids (aged 5-12) as this role involves leading a classMature outlook, common sense and the ability to supervise childrenFluent conversational EnglishValid Employee Blue Card (or willingness to obtain immediately)If this sounds like you, submit your resume and cover letter now letting us know why you are interested in teaching kids about creative tech!
