This enables us to now offer a dedicated 24/7 surgical service. You will oversee the daily coordination of the surgery by assisting surgeons and leading nurses and support team members throughout the season. This role includes training and cultivating of junior nurses in surgery to maintain the high level of patient care. You will work closely with other departments at Avenel Equine Hospital and foster those internal working relationships.
