Your responsibilities will be to:
Provide customer service above and beyond expectationsSurprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious foodEnsure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stockedMaintain accurate department signage and pricingOrganising weekly banking for the store Create rosters for your team in the service department Provide support and training for the team Assist with the training and induction of new employees within the department Assist with customer enquiries Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environmentFollow and comply with all applicable health and safety proceduresThe right person:
Will have previous experience working in retailBe customer focusedEnjoy working in a teamHave excellent communication skillsBe passionate about good foodIs flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days!Have previous experience as a supervisor in a busy food retail storeHave good head for numbers, cashing up and banking If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
