This pivotal role involves curating an exciting, multifaceted program that embodies the values and aspirations of Bedlam Fringe.
You'll be solely responsible for crafting a line-up that celebrates diverse art forms and engages audiences from all walks of life.
This role offers invaluable experience in arts management, programming, and marketing.
You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to shaping Bedlam's footprint at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.Responsibilities:Work off-site from January to June, averaging 10 hours a week.Assist the Venue Manager in preparing the building for the festival in July, working around 30 hours a week as needed.Communicate with the companies and the wider Bedlam Fringe team throughout the festival, ensuring technical and duty managers are well-informed of any company requests and changes.Inform companies of relevant changes or urgent issues raised by the wider Fringe team, working around 30 hours a week as needed.Assist the Venue Manager in cleaning the building, completing all show documentation, gathering feedback from visiting companies, and ensuring proper filing of documents for future Fringes after the festival, working 20 hours on this.Salary: This is a freelance role with the pay being £14 an hour.How to apply: To apply and for more information visit our website https://bedlamfringe.co.uk/join-us/.
