About Role:
The Head of Partnerships & Growth is a key role responsible for driving strategic partnerships that support HCI's growth and success. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partners like Cintana Education, Arizona State University, and Ramsay Health, developing strategies for partnership growth, and overseeing cross-functional collaboration.
The responsibilities are as follows:
Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners (Cintana Education, Arizona State University, Ramsay Health).
Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the business management team, encompassing workforce management, budget oversight, and information services.
Review resource management issues and prepare reports and communications.
Support financial planning by contributing accurate data and insights for financial reports and budget preparation.
Track progress of partnership activities against Joint Strategic Plan (JSP) milestones.
Monitor revenue generated and assess ROI from partnerships.
Report on cost savings and efficiency improvements from partnership activities.
Evaluate cross-functional collaboration and optimize resource use to meet partnership goals.
Work with senior management and stakeholders to align resources and achieve partnership milestones.
Resolve partnership-related challenges promptly.
Gather feedback from partners to improve partnership strategies and outcomes.
Coordinate and deliver key projects critical to partnership success.
Qualification, Experience & Key Selection Criteria
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Administration).
Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, with a strong track record in partnership agreements and negotiations.
Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market trends and opportunities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships.
Solid understanding of financial principles to assess partnership viability, with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives effectively.
Demonstrated success in driving partnership outcomes, revenue generation, and business growth.
