Head Of Training

Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Head of Training to join our team located in Makassar, Indonesia.

This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering professional growth and ensuring our staff meets the highest standards of patient care.

Contract Details: Contract commitment: minimum 12 months.
Relocation to Indonesia required.
Expat compensation packet: TBD.
Start: September 2024.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement innovative training programs tailored to clinical and non-clinical staff needs.Implement performance evaluation methods to identify training needs and measure the impact of training programs.Coordinate and manage training schedules to accommodate the needs of various departments and shifts.Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health-related field.Extensive successful experience in the development, delivery, and evaluation of all levels' training, education, and health-related programs.Note: All documents must be in English, or translation attached.
