Head Of Ticketing

Event Management (Advertising, Arts & Media) Full time Century Venues, Events and Artists is seeking applications for the position of Head of Ticketing to manage our team of Ticketing Coordinators and Customer Service Agents across the iconic Enmore, Metro and Factory Theatres, The Sydney Comedy Store, and The Concourse Chatswood Performing Arts Centre as well as The Sydney & Perth Comedy Festivals.
The successful applicant will report to the group's COO and must have ticketing, administrative, and managerial industry experience.
You will be responsible for:
Helping to develop, guide, and motivate a team of capable Ticketing Coordinators and Box Office Attendants.Maintaining quality and standard of your team's work.Minimising staff turnover and maximising productivity.Building, auditing, and managing all ticketed events within the Century Group.Liaising with clients.Rostering, recruiting, and managing casual staff.Overseeing and auditing all customer-facing inquiries.In order to be eligible for consideration, please include:
