The role As the Head of Tennis, you will work closely with the Heads of Sport and Junior Coordinators of Sport to create a cohesive and dynamic tennis program.
This unique opportunity will allow you to shape the tennis journey of our students, fostering their skills, tactical awareness, and a lifelong love for the sport.
Your innovative approach will ensure our tennis program stands out as a core co-curricular.
What the role will involve Develop and implement a coherent coaching and training program for all year levels.
Set performance objectives and goals for the tennis season in collaboration with the Heads of Sport.
Establish and oversee a fair and transparent team selection process.
Maintain effective communication with staff, coaches, students, and parents.
Ensure the safety and security of students and staff during tennis activities.
Mentor and support coaches, fostering a positive and inclusive sporting culture.
Liaise with state and national sporting bodies to stay abreast of contemporary coaching practices.

The candidate must have Current DHS Working with Children Check.
Current Reporting Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Training certificate.
Current Protective Practices certificate.
Current First Aid qualifications (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, and HLTAID012).
