Head of Teaching & Learning K-12 is a newly created leadership position responsible for the strategic oversight and enhancement of teaching and learning practices from Kindergarten to Year 12. You will be pivotal in ensuring the academic excellence and continuous improvement of educational outcomes through innovative strategies, data-driven decision-making, and professional development.
The Head of Teaching & Learning K-12 is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of Teaching & Learning across Primary and High School and will oversee the Specialist Learning Centre, Gifted & Talented Programs, Innovation, Digital Learning Technologies, and Libraries.
The Role:
* Full Time, permanent
* Term 1 2025 Start
The successful candidate will:
Have formal qualifications in education, preferably at Masters level, proven experience in a senior leadership role and a deep understanding of NSW K-12 curriculum and educational best practices.
Have a strong understanding of data analysis and its application in an educational setting.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to communicate clearly and openly.
